I've been strength training for about a year now and making do with cheap shoes for lifting. I've been seeing ads and others in my training facility that swear by them so I thought I'd give them a shot. OMG the difference was like night & day just putting them on my feet! Super comfy and added another level of stability. I've had both knees replaced so things like squats can be difficult but these shoes made them feel easier. I was so impressed after my first workout that I order a pair of cross trainers to replace my Hokas!

These shoes are nice and roomy. They don’t constrict your foot. They’re very light when you’re wearing them. I got the same size that I have in other athletic shoes and the fit is great.

I love these shoes so much. I wear them every single day now, so I had to buy another pair in a different color to change it up a little. I’m hoping more colors get released because you can dress these up or down. They look great in jeans and shorts. I feel they’re rather comfortable for long walks with my pups and strength training activities as well. Just buy them!
