    Best lifting shoe

    I was a hardcore converse shoe lifter until about my second pregnancy when my foot grew. Converse was not longer comfortable so I set out to find one and mannnnnn where has this been all my life?! I’ve hit many leg day PRs and most of all the support I’m in this show has helped with back pain!
