What is NOBULL Shipping Protection:

If you have purchased shipping protection from NOBULL, your package is protected in case of loss or theft during shipment. Shipping protection protects packages shipped from NOBULL to shipping address you entered at checkout. 

When does my protection start and end?
Shipping protection starts once the package is shipped and ends when the package is flagged as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping protection ends when:
  • Your package is delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout.
  • Your package doesn’t reach you, you file a claim, and that claim is approved or denied.
  • Your package arrives, you file a claim, and that claim is approved or denied. Your package is protected from lost or stolen orders incurred during shipment and delivery. 

What happens to my Ship Protection in the result of an Order Return?

If you decide to return your order after it has been delivered, the shipping protection amount is not eligible for a refund.
