NOBULL Terms of Sale
Online Terms Last updated: July 16, 2024
Please review these Terms of Sale carefully as these terms govern your purchase of the products in your order (the “Products”) from NOBULL, LLC. ("NOBULL") and set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases. These are the Terms of Sale under which we are willing to provide you with the Products. Please be certain you understand them. NOBULL’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference.
By purchasing the Products, you agree that you have read these Terms of Sale and are legally bound by these Terms of Sale.
Account and Ordering
An account is not required to shop on our website, however, to make online shopping faster and easier, you may register for an account with us. Please confirm that your email address and other contact details are accurate when placing your order or creating your account, as we will use the contact that you provide us to contact you.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. All orders ship from the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the label has been created and the tracking number is assigned. Order status and tracking information can also be found in your NOBULL customer profile. Log into your account here.
No Prohibited Purchases
To place an order, you must be of legal age in your country. You agree not to make any purchases or use or attempt to use the Products for any illegal, unlawful purpose, or fraudulent purpose. You also agree not to transfer or otherwise provide the Products to any third party for any illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose, or in contravention of these Terms of Sale.
Sales to End Users Only
Purchases made through the NOBULL website or from any authorized retailers are for end user customers only. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any offers of transfers, transfers, offers of sale, sales or resales to dealers, resellers or distributors or any other third-party anywhere in the world are strictly prohibited. If we believe you are involved in purchase for resale or in violation of these Terms of Sale, NOBULL reserves the right to take any action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your account.
Payment Methods
NOBULL accepts credit cards, debit cards NOBULL Gift Cards, as well as other online payment services such as Afterpay, Klarna, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Paypal forms of payment. Some online payment services may require you to create an account with them. If a credit card is being used for a transaction, NOBULL may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase or when the order is shipped. If the balance from a NOBULL Gift Card is used for a transaction, the amount is deducted from your Gift Card at the time of purchase. If the total amount of the transaction is greater than the balance available in Gift Card, your credit card will be charged for the balance.
Prices
Your total price will include the price of the Products in your order plus any applicable sales tax, value-added tax, any other applicable tax of levy that we are required to collect, and shipping charges, less any discounts offered. NOBULL reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering. Exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to.
Prices are quoted in local currency. If you change the country of delivery while browsing or during check out, prices from that moment may be quoted in a different currency. Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on the price due to a change in currency or to country specific pricing. If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.
Price Adjustments
If you have ordered Products via the NOBULL Website and NOBULL has reduced the price of any item (of the same color and size) in your order, then NOBULL is happy to honor and process a price adjustment for you. Please note that you may only do so within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you placed your order. NOBULL offers price adjustments only for merchandise purchased at the full price. Each item that you purchase from NOBULL is eligible for only one (1) price adjustment. In order to request a price adjustment, please click here to contact our Customer Service team. Please remember to include your order number and other details regarding the Product that you believe to be eligible for a price adjustment.
Canceled and Rejected Orders
All orders for Product are subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right to cancel or not to accept your order for any reason, or no reason at all, in our sole and absolute discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel your order by written notice to you in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the order we cancelled:
- the Product is not in stock or is unavailable;
- the information your provided to us, such as your billing information, is not correct or not verifiable;
- your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- your payment method failed;
- we believe you are prohibited from making a purchase, such as you are under the legal age in your country;
- we believe that you are a reseller;
- there was an error in the price displayed on our website;
- we could not deliver to the address provided by you; or
- we believe you have violated these Terms of Sale.
Promotions
From time to time, NOBULL may offer discounts or coupon codes and/or other offers for free or discounted products or services for promotional purposes, including via loyalty and rewards programs (collectively, “Promo Offers”). To the extent permissible under applicable laws, the following rules apply to any such Promo Offers made by NOBULL such as through our website or through any other direct to consumer communication. Terms and conditions for each Promo Offer may vary, but unless expressly stated otherwise, the following terms will be deemed to apply, with any conflicts being governed by the terms specified in the Promo Offer.
- Promo Offers can only be redeemed on purchases made directly from NOBULL, such as through our website (“Promo Offer Sales”).
- Promo Offers may not be combined, are non-transferrable, and have no cash value. Promo Offers cannot be sold or otherwise bartered, are limited one per registered household, and are void where prohibited.
- Customers who redeem a Promo Offer shall be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the corresponding Promo Offer Sale.
- Promo Offers are for a limited time only, subject to any express expiration date and/or supply availability limitations. If no expiration date is provided, the Promo Offer will be deemed to expire from the earlier of (1) when the Promo Offer is terminated or otherwise removed by NOBULL or (2) after six (6) months from date the Promo Offer was first communicated to the end user recipient. Promo Offers do not apply to prior sales or orders. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Promo Offers may be discontinued at any time at NOBULL’s sole discretion.
- NOBULL’s Terms of Sale and Terms of Use apply with respect to any Promo Offer Sales.
- All Promo Offer Sales are subject to Product availability.
- NOBULL reserves the right not to accept orders (involving a Promo Offer or not) where, NOBULL has any reason to suspect that any part of said order involves fraudulent activity or violates these Terms of Use.
- Subject to any other applicable terms and conditions mentioned herein, in the event any item included in a Promo Offer Sales order is returned NOBULL may at its sole discretion determine that such partial returns are only qualified for replacements. Where NOBULL decides to issue a refund, the amount refunded will not exceed the price paid for that item(s) under the applied Promo Offer.
- Promo Offer terms may vary by Product.
- NOBULL reserves the right to cancel any order relating to fraudulent or any other misuse of Promo Offers.
- Discounts and Promo Offers do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards
Sales Tax
NOBULL website transactions will include sales tax based on the delivery address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your transaction is completed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received will apply. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, and NOBULL has the right to collect any tax it believes it is obligated to collect.
NOBULL Gift Cards
NOBULL Gift Cards are for transactions on the NOBULL website only. Sales tax will not be charged when the Gift Card is purchased. Sales tax is charged when the Gift Card is redeemed. The tax rate on the transaction is based on the delivery address of the redeemer. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Discounts and promo offers cannot be used toward the purchase price of Gift Cards. All sales of Gift Cards are final and will not be refunded.
Shipping
Delivery will be by common carrier F.O.B NOBULL’s shipping point. You assume sole risk of loss or destruction to the Products during shipment. Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the Products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Please see our FAQ Page for additional details about shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you need to return an item, unless the return is due to a Product defect. In the case of refused deliveries, the total delivery shipping cost and customs or duties amounts that are applied by the destination country will be subtracted from any refund that you receive.
International Orders
If you place an international order through our website, our designated third-party international ecommerce partner, Global-e US Inc. a Delaware corporation with a place of business at 200 West 41st Street New York, New York 10018 not NOBULL, will process your order as the “Merchant-of-Record.” By placing an international order, you understand and agree that your information and Personal Information, including your name, address, phone number and other contact and shipping details, the contents of your shopping cart, and your payment details will be shared with Global-e to process your order. NOBULL Shipping Protection
1. Service Description
Company offers a Shipping Protection service ("Service") whereby Customers can purchase additional protection for their shipments beyond standard carrier insurance coverage. The Service includes coverage for losses, or theft that occur during transit, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Coverage
2.1 Coverage Limits: The Service provides coverage up to the value declared by the Customer at the time of purchase, not exceeding the actual cost of the item(s) being shipped.
2.2 Exclusions: The Service does not cover losses and damage resulting from:
- Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, weather-related events)
- Inherent vice or defect of the goods
- Delayed shipments that do not result in physical loss or damage
- Wearing and damaging the item
3. Terms of Service
3.1 Purchase and Payment: Customers may purchase the Service at the time of placing their order. The cost of the Service is calculated based on the declared value of the shipment and is in addition to standard shipping fees.
3.2 Claim Process: In the event of a loss or damage covered by the Service, Customers must notify Company within 2 days of delivery. Claims must include proof of purchase, photographs of the damaged items and packaging, and any other documentation required by Company to process the claim.
3.3 Resolution: Company will either replace the damaged items or reimburse the Customer for the declared value, subject to verification of the claim and compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Maximum Liability: Company's maximum liability under this Agreement is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the shipment or the actual cost of repair or replacement.
4.2 No Consequential Damages: Company is not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts.
5.2 Amendments: Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on Company's website or notifying Customers via email.
5.3 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Company and Customer regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Returns and Exchanges
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on nobullproject.com for return or exchange within 60 days of delivery. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside of the US are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost, using their own label*.
- We recommend trying the product on indoors to maintain their original condition as, unless you’re sending them back because they are faulty, all products, including any extra laces provided, must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation, and so those, and all packaging and labelling, must also be returned undamaged, along with the product(s).
- Products purchased online must be returned through our website.
- Items purchased in-store or at a NOBULL pop-up retail location must be returned in store or during the pop-up event where purchased. Items must include the attached NOBULL tags and/or original shoe box and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt.
E-gift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged, and any Product(s) purchased where explicitly stated as ‘final sale’ are ineligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment once we have received and processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return has been confirmed as received and processed and we have issued your refund.
Please note: NOBULL is not responsible for non-NOBULL items shipped back to us in error and/or for lost or damaged returns in transit.

*For orders placed on or before October 30, 2023, at nobullproject.com, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for orders returned from outside of the United States. Although we are unable to provide customers in Canada and Australia with a pre-paid label, you can submit your return using our ‘How to Return & Exchange (US only)’ returns portal below to receive a return packing slip and to ensure your return is trackable and processed efficiently by NOBULL. International (non-US) customers that place an order on nobullproject.com on or after October 31, 2023, are eligible to receive a prepaid return label but are still responsible for the cost to return and can submit their return using our ‘How to Return (International)’ returns portal below.
How to Return & Exchange (US only)
We offer free returns and exchanges for orders placed on nobullproject.com and delivered within the US. Please click HERE to initiate your return or exchange.
- Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a prepaid return label (to print your label at home) or a QR code (printerless option) via email along with a return packing slip instructions on how to send your return to us.
- Where applicable, exchanges will be processed once we have confirmed returned items have been received by the carrier.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances.
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of your return being delivered and received at our facility.
How to Return (International)
International (non-US) customers that place an order on nobullproject.com on or after October 31, 2023, are eligible to receive a prepaid return label but are still responsible for the cost to return. The applicable return label fee ($15 USD for Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, and France and $20 USD for all other countries) will be converted and displayed in your local currency and deducted from your total refund amount. Please click HERE to initiate your return.
- Upon submitting your online return, you will receive a prepaid return label via email (to print your label at home) along with a return packing slip instructions on how to send your return to us.
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of your return being delivered and received at our facility.
UK and EU customers that placed an order on uk.nobullproject.com, click HERE to reference your applicable Return & Exchange Policy, how to initiate your return and access your returns portal.
If you wish to return your order without using a pre-paid label, or you are not provided with one, you can return your order to us, using your own carrier at your own cost, and send your product(s) to the address below. You must include your original invoice and order number in the package, and we recommend you use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference. Please note: Our Return & Exchange Policy still applies and NOBULL is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit.

Product Variations and Care
Minor differences in color and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. We are not liable for any such variations or deviations. Please review all washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the Products. We are not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect washing of Products, including washing contrary to the instructions.
Limitations of Liability and Dispute Resolution
Your orders and purchases are subject to the limitations of liability and all other terms of our Terms of Use. Please note that the Terms of Use also require the use of binding arbitration to resolve disputes rather than jury trials or class actions (please see details in our Terms of Use).
