International orders are included in our 30‑Day Trial — you can try it out, and if it’s not for you, you just cover the return shipping

Got a damaged item or quality issue? Contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right. 

Tips for Easy Returns 

  • Items must be returned with shoe boxes, packaging, extra laces, and all tags included. 

  • Defective gear? We’ll still take it—even if worn. 

  • Bought it on nobullproject.com? Return it through our site. 

  • Bought it at a pop-up? Return it there with tags, box, and your receipt 

  • International customers: You can return items within 30 days, but exchanges aren’t available. Need a new size or color? Send back the original and place a new order. 

Terms and Conditions 

Returns are reviewed and accepted at NOBULL’s discretion to determine if items are in acceptable condition for return. Our goal is to offer the best experience possible while maintaining the integrity of our 30-Day Trial program. 

Excessive, unreasonable, or suspicious return activity—including potential fraud or abuse—may result in us refusing future returns or transactions. 

Please note: NOBULL is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit.
