    I wear these shoes for weight lifting. I like a flat sole and stiff shoe for that. This isn’t a cushioned cozy shoe but I still like / need it. Perfect for weightlifting and stability. Comfortable but not cozy

    Freat for my balance and for lifting

    Never realize I was in the wrong sneakers the entire time I’ve been working out this past year until my Trainer said you need to try a pair of nobles within a week I purchased a second pair. What a difference it makes comfortable sturdy. I would totally recommend.
