Your Questions. Our Answers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery—even if you've trained in it, lived in it, or tested it out. See here for details.

Are NOBULL products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all products have a 1-year warranty. If your item is defective or isn’t performing as it should, please contact our Customer Service team to begin the process of getting a replacement.

Do your shoes work for wide feet?

Our shoes are built for foot ergonomics and use an anatomical last. This provides a more natural toe box and allows for greater toe splay than traditional sneakers. The best NOBULL shoe for wide feet is Outwork OG and Edge.

How long should a pair of NOBULL shoes last?

NOBULL is known for durability, and our training shoes are built to consistently outlast comparable models from other brands while maintaining performance.

How long does shipping take?

You will be able to choose from shipping options at checkout to ensure your order arrives when you need it. See here for details.

Who are NOBULL products made for?

NOBULL products are made for people who train — whether that means workouts, movement, or everyday life. If you’re committed to getting better, they’re made for you.

Are NOBULL products tested by athletes?

Yes. Our products are designed with athlete input, and tested by both athletes and trainers who put them through real work.

How is NOBULL different from other training brands?

We focus on durability, versatility, and function over trends. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just gear built to work.

How much break-in should I expect?

Most of our shoes are designed to perform right out of the box. Certain more durable Outwork materials may take 2–3 workouts to feel fully broken in and softened as it molds to your foot.

Can I use orthotics or custom insoles with NOBULL shoes?

Yes. Our shoes are compatible with most orthotics and custom insoles.

How do I know which NOBULL shoe is right for me?

How do I clean my NOBULL shoes?

We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or spot treating first. For all our shoes besides those with PEBAX midsoles (Drive & Journey), you can also toss your NOBULLs in the washing machine on a cold cycle. Just make sure to remove the sock liner first. Skip the dryer—heat and shoe glue don’t mix. Air dry only.

Cut to the Chase
Customers say these shoes excel for strength training with exceptional stability and grip. Many reviews mention the sturdy build and flat sole perfect for lifting weights. While most find them comfortable for workouts, some note they run small and narrow. Frequent comments address their durability and versatility at the gym, though a few mention they're stiff initially. The roomy toe box gets lots of love, but they might not be ideal for extended walking or running.

Why did it take me so long?

I have no idea why it took me so long to finally buy a pair of nobulls, but I’m so glad I did. These are the best trainers I’ve worn for lifting - super comfortable (took me a day to break them in) and lightweight. I have definitely noticed a difference in my workouts.

Sturdy and Quality Pair of Sneakers

Bought the Outwork and Outwork Edge when NOBULL had a promotion, and both pairs completely exceeded my expectations for quality, style, and comfort. I wear both for my weightlifting and HIIT workouts. While the Edge gives a better buffer for box jumps, the regular Outwork gives me a really grounded feel for deadlifts, squats, and other lower body days.

For reference, I also wear Nike Metcons. My regular shoe size is an 8.5, but I went up a half size to a 9 for both the Metcons and both NOBULL pairs. They feel roomy and super comfortable without feeling loose at all!

I absolutely love my NOBULL workout sneakers

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love my NOBULL workout sneakers! They are by far the most comfortable training shoes I've owned. What I appreciate most is the flat, stable sole, especially on leg and glute days. Unlike cushioned running shoes, these provide excellent support and stability during squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and other strength-training exercises.

The fit is comfortable, the quality is outstanding, and I feel more grounded and confident during my workouts. If your focus is strength training and you want a shoe that combines comfort with performance, I highly recommend NOBULL.
