    Disappointed in the return timeline...

    I had to replace my ADED joggers after the front zipper pocket separated from the pant in the wash. To provide some background, this is my 3rd pair (blue, grey, and now dark grey).

    When I bought the pants, they shipped and arrived in a short time. When I had to replace the pants, due to a failure, they are taking more than 2x as long to ship/arrive.

    I’ve been a happy, multi-purchase, customer, who has told other people to get these pants. As I look at this expected shipping time, I’m left to think that existing customers, who have an issue after buying the product are a much lower priority than new customers. I am questioning my future purchases and referrals.
