Love the joggers but the seam of the pocket was defective and didn’t realize until a month later. Wanted to exchange for my size but it’s not available. The only option they provided was to return for store credit.... So I would have to check the website every day until they do become available... Extremely disappointed of how Public Rec handled the situation. Either give me an actual refund or let me keep these joggers and still give me the store credit so once a pair of joggers becomes available I could purchase them then. That would of been a much better on how to remedy this situation. Almost certain that I’m not the first person that received a pair of joggers with defective pockets. Just wish there was a better solution. Looks like I’ll just return these joggers and pray my size becomes available one day. Partially my fault cause I didn’t realize the pocket was defective until the return period was over by a few days. Stupid me

I really want to like these pants because they are the only joggers I’ve found that fit my body (tall and slim), but they are such low quality (especially for the nearly $100 price tag!). I’ve now had to return 2 pairs of these for the exact same reason - the glue used to hold together the inner, zipper pocket on the front left side didn’t hold after just a few uses (I didn’t even wash them - the quality is just really low). Really disappointing... don’t waste your time.
