Your Questions. Our Answers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery—even if you've trained in it, lived in it, or tested it out. See here for details.

Are NOBULL products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all products have a 1-year warranty. If your item is defective or isn’t performing as it should, please contact our Customer Service team to begin the process of getting a replacement.

Do your shoes work for wide feet?

Our shoes are built for foot ergonomics and use an anatomical last. This provides a more natural toe box and allows for greater toe splay than traditional sneakers. The best NOBULL shoe for wide feet is Outwork OG and Edge.

How long should a pair of NOBULL shoes last?

NOBULL is known for durability, and our training shoes are built to consistently outlast comparable models from other brands while maintaining performance.

How long does shipping take?

You will be able to choose from shipping options at checkout to ensure your order arrives when you need it. See here for details.

Who are NOBULL products made for?

NOBULL products are made for people who train — whether that means workouts, movement, or everyday life. If you’re committed to getting better, they’re made for you.

Are NOBULL products tested by athletes?

Yes. Our products are designed with athlete input, and tested by both athletes and trainers who put them through real work.

How is NOBULL different from other training brands?

We focus on durability, versatility, and function over trends. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just gear built to work.

How much break-in should I expect?

Most of our shoes are designed to perform right out of the box. Certain more durable Outwork materials may take 2–3 workouts to feel fully broken in and softened as it molds to your foot.

Can I use orthotics or custom insoles with NOBULL shoes?

Yes. Our shoes are compatible with most orthotics and custom insoles.

How do I know which NOBULL shoe is right for me?

How do I clean my NOBULL shoes?

We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or spot treating first. For all our shoes besides those with PEBAX midsoles (Drive & Journey), you can also toss your NOBULLs in the washing machine on a cold cycle. Just make sure to remove the sock liner first. Skip the dryer—heat and shoe glue don’t mix. Air dry only.

Thanks for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear that your Drive Ripstop shoes are already falling apart after just a few months. That's definitely not the quality and durability you should expect from us, and we completely understand your frustration when shoes deteriorate so quickly. Someone from our team will reach out to help make this right for you.

    Wonderful shoe, poor quality endurance

These are comfortable, practical and look great. They are 1 size too large. Every Nobull I have run the same size except this model. I’ve worn them a couple times a week for a month and the sole is coming off and sides peeling.

Thanks for your review. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the Drive Ripstop in Black, and we're glad to hear you find them comfortable, practical and great looking - that's exactly what we were aiming for with this design. We understand how frustrating it can be when the sizing runs differently from what you're used to with our other models, especially when you've found consistency across the rest of our line. Your feedback about the sizing variation is really helpful for other customers to know about this particular model. We're sorry to hear about the durability issues you've experienced with the sole and sides after just a month of regular wear - we know how disappointing that must be when you're enjoying everything else about the shoe. We'll make sure to pass along your insights about both the sizing and durability to our team as we continue to refine our products.

    Nice Training Shoe, Comfortable Too

I purchased the grey version with the gum sole. I deliberately got a bigger size because reviews said the shoe ran small - I’m 11.5 but get 12 because I like a little extra room in the toe box. Wore the shoes for the first time this for a workout. Super comfortable and also nice to run in (felt like I was wearing a running shoe). The shoe felt like a weight lifting shoe as well. All in all, as advertised functions wise for this shoe.

Admittedly, the rip stop material is odd for me. Feels like a parachute material. In hindsight I should have gotten the mesh. The rip stop material somehow feels loose and dilated. Also, my feet sweat a lot. So the sweat makes a wet outline against the light gray material which looks odd.

Thank you so much for this detailed review. We really appreciate your honest feedback about the ripstop material and how it feels different from what you expected. Your feedback truly means the world to us!

    Poor quality

Fitment is fine. Pretty comfortable. No complaints there. But on the first wear some of the black coating came off exposing bright white foam which looks terrible. Now about a dozen wears in to them, the fabric around the ankle has torn. I don’t wear there around, no walks, no hikes, just in the gym. Really unfortunate that they are having these issues.

Thanks for your feedback on the Drive Ripstop in Black! We're glad to hear the fitment and comfort are working well for you. We appreciate you sharing your experience about the coating issue and fabric tearing, as these quality concerns are definitely not what we expect from our products, especially for gym use. Someone from our team will reach out to help make this right.
