    Comfy

I've been using these shoes for 2 weeks for my HIIT and strength training, and so far so good! Pretty comfy, too.

Lifting Shoe I Was Looking For

I've been through several brands and styles of shoes that provide support, cushioning and stability while I lift heavy. These are it for me.

    Not for me

I'm giving these 3 stars because at least they look good and were relatively comfortable for the couple of minutes I tried them on. But otherwise I'm pretty disappointed in the quality. The white material of the sole appears to just be made of a thick styrofoam, which I can't imagine would hold up well against rocks or scuffing, regardless of how sturdy it is. These shoes are very lightweight, but it's to the point of feeling cheap. They also have a really severe chemical smell, though I imagine this would fade once they air out a bit. Still, I ended up returning them. I'll be sticking with the tried-and-true Outwork trainers I've always loved.
