I have been strength training for just over a year. Hourly sessions consist of dumbbells, bar, sled, machines, and everything in between. I have tried countless shoes for this level of activity, but the trying is finally done. Based on one of my trainers recommendations I ordered the Women's Outwork Edge and had an amazing workout! The Outwork Edge improved my stability and helped me maximize my gym experience. With the support the shoes gave me, I had a completely different workout. I absolutely love these shoes! They fit true to size, and the cushioning is fantastic for absorbing impact during my workouts. I use them for cross-training and weightlifting, and they've held up really well. The SuperFabric® upper is durable yet comfortable, which is great for tough sessions. They're stylish too—I wear them both in the gym and casually. Highly recommend if you're serious about your training!
