The backpack is smaller than I thought, but after using it for a few days I see how the many compartments help keep things very organized. There is a spot for my gloves, knee pads, shin-guards. I can fit a pair of shoes inside, shirts, sweatpants..and though I didn’t see it in the description, on both sides on the outside, there is a holder for a plastic water bottle. Fits snugly.
