Your Questions. Our Answers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery—even if you've trained in it, lived in it, or tested it out. See here for details.

Are NOBULL products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all products have a 1-year warranty. If your item is defective or isn’t performing as it should, please contact our Customer Service team to begin the process of getting a replacement.

Do your shoes work for wide feet?

Our shoes are built for foot ergonomics and use an anatomical last. This provides a more natural toe box and allows for greater toe splay than traditional sneakers. The best NOBULL shoe for wide feet is Outwork OG and Edge.

How long should a pair of NOBULL shoes last?

NOBULL is known for durability, and our training shoes are built to consistently outlast comparable models from other brands while maintaining performance.

How long does shipping take?

You will be able to choose from shipping options at checkout to ensure your order arrives when you need it. See here for details.

Who are NOBULL products made for?

NOBULL products are made for people who train — whether that means workouts, movement, or everyday life. If you’re committed to getting better, they’re made for you.

Are NOBULL products tested by athletes?

Yes. Our products are designed with athlete input, and tested by both athletes and trainers who put them through real work.

How is NOBULL different from other training brands?

We focus on durability, versatility, and function over trends. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just gear built to work.

How much break-in should I expect?

Most of our shoes are designed to perform right out of the box. Certain more durable Outwork materials may take 2–3 workouts to feel fully broken in and softened as it molds to your foot.

Can I use orthotics or custom insoles with NOBULL shoes?

Yes. Our shoes are compatible with most orthotics and custom insoles.

How do I know which NOBULL shoe is right for me?

How do I clean my NOBULL shoes?

We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or spot treating first. For all our shoes besides those with PEBAX midsoles (Drive & Journey), you can also toss your NOBULLs in the washing machine on a cold cycle. Just make sure to remove the sock liner first. Skip the dryer—heat and shoe glue don’t mix. Air dry only.

Cut to the Chase
Customers say these shoes deliver exceptional stability and comfort for gym workouts and heavy lifting. The flat sole and rigid design provide a solid foundation for strength training, with many noting impressive durability through years of regular use. Users appreciate the spacious toe box, true-to-size fit, and versatile style suitable for both gym and casual wear. Most praise the quality construction and long-lasting performance. One reviewer mentioned heel seam issues, and a few noted the hard soles aren't ideal for running or extended walking.

    Great stability

The low heel to toe drop makes for a very stable pair of workout shoes. As senior citizens, we find that the Outwork helps our balance for the same reason. We each have three pairs now.

    Awesome training shoes

The shoes are just what I was hoping for, they have a low, firm and strong base, feel sturdy and rigid which is better for heavy lifting like this type is intended for but they dont cause any sore on the edges with the feet, they feel just great. The size fits perfect, tight and firm but with room for the toes, if you are 9.5 ask for 9.5 and so on, no need to add an extra size. Plus the design is pretty cool, I´ve only wore them 2 times in the gym and everytime people ask me where I got them.

    Love this low key look

Overall the style of the model is a huge plus for me. This would be my 3rd pair of them but in different colors. Getting these for free with the latest buy one get 170 off the 2nd didn’t hurt either. The shoe feels great, light and durable. Only downsides are the top does crease and loses its shape a bit over time and use but that’s just sneakers in general. I just love the out of the box look so much though, I wish it would hold longer. That and the bottoms don’t grip as well as I would like during some exercises. Other than that will definitely keep buying if I can. Really looking for another color that catches my eye. I love that new ones drop fairly often and also that some colors just sell out and don’t come back. It gives a fun collectible experience (for me at least).

    Comfortable, stable shoes

My first time trying the outwork. They are comfortable and I like how flat and thick the soles are. I feel stable using them. So far I mostly used them for pickleball, and the flat soles and durability were great. My feet didn’t hurt after playing them. I got them on sale, and with the sale price, I definitely think they are worth the purchase.

    Beautiful Shoes

This shoe color is amazing. If they had this style in fluorescent colors, I'd buy them too.
