I wanted to try these shoes for my days in the gym when I do more cardio than exercises that require stability. It took a few days of the wearing the shoes to get used to them and break them in, but I found a shoe that offers the stability and is comfortable for running and basketball.

These shoes are fantastic for officiating amateur wrestling. They hold up to the constant movement on the mat. They do not stick to the surface of the mat and they do not discolor during the season. These should not only be marketed for CrossFit but also for officials.
