A hybrid shoes that I felt comfortable doing cardio and weight lifting with. I like the sock that is embedded inside that make the shoes even more fit. However as I have a very high ankle, the shoes fitting perfectly my leg although that I got an extra 0.5 size based on their recommendation. I expected it to be roomier.
