Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

Nothing says “fall” quite like pumpkin—so we came up with a pumpkin protein smoothie that’s as tasty as it is nutritious. Pumpkins provide plenty of fiber, potassium, and vitamin C—all of which support heart health. Throw in a banana for potassium, magnesium, and vitamin B6. Add one scoop of Vanilla TB12 Plant-Based Protein, and finish it off with cinnamon, nutmeg, and 100% pure maple syrup. So good, you’ll want to drink it all year long.

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup Greek-style almond milk yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon 100% pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vanilla TB12 Plant-Based Protein

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into your blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy.
