Your Questions. Our Answers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery—even if you've trained in it, lived in it, or tested it out. See here for details.

Are NOBULL products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all products have a 1-year warranty. If your item is defective or isn’t performing as it should, please contact our Customer Service team to begin the process of getting a replacement.

Do your shoes work for wide feet?

Our shoes are built for foot ergonomics and use an anatomical last. This provides a more natural toe box and allows for greater toe splay than traditional sneakers. The best NOBULL shoe for wide feet is Outwork OG and Edge.

How long should a pair of NOBULL shoes last?

NOBULL is known for durability, and our training shoes are built to consistently outlast comparable models from other brands while maintaining performance.

How long does shipping take?

You will be able to choose from shipping options at checkout to ensure your order arrives when you need it. See here for details.

Who are NOBULL products made for?

NOBULL products are made for people who train — whether that means workouts, movement, or everyday life. If you’re committed to getting better, they’re made for you.

Are NOBULL products tested by athletes?

Yes. Our products are designed with athlete input, and tested by both athletes and trainers who put them through real work.

How is NOBULL different from other training brands?

We focus on durability, versatility, and function over trends. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just gear built to work.

How much break-in should I expect?

Most of our shoes are designed to perform right out of the box. Certain more durable Outwork materials may take 2–3 workouts to feel fully broken in and softened as it molds to your foot.

Can I use orthotics or custom insoles with NOBULL shoes?

Yes. Our shoes are compatible with most orthotics and custom insoles.

How do I know which NOBULL shoe is right for me?

How do I clean my NOBULL shoes?

We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or spot treating first. For all our shoes besides those with PEBAX midsoles (Drive & Journey), you can also toss your NOBULLs in the washing machine on a cold cycle. Just make sure to remove the sock liner first. Skip the dryer—heat and shoe glue don’t mix. Air dry only.

Cut to the Chase

Customers say these sneakers are incredibly comfortable and lightweight, perfect for everyday wear, workouts, and long shifts. The stretchy knit material fits like a sock, requires no break-in period, and comes in vibrant colors. Many praise the true-to-size fit, easy slip-on design, and excellent support. Users love machine-washing them and wearing multiple pairs. Some note the toe box runs narrow, and one customer experienced durability concerns after extended wear.

Love them!
I really love these hybrid shoes for training and running. I wouldn’t say you could go and do a marathon in them but definitely 5k or 10k. Very comfortable for everyday weightlifting as well.

My new favorite shoes
I ordered these shoes for CrossFit and for short distance running during hybrid training. The knit body is comfortable and conforms to the foot, they have a flexible sole, which I like for my workouts, but they also feel stable enough to do some weightlifting. I’m pretty picky about which shoes I run in, but so far these have been great for short distance runs. Definitely recommend, although I found them to be a little pricy so I got them on sale. Normally I wear an 8.5 and an 8 and they seem like maybe they run just a little large. Keep in mind that they’re flexible and have some stretch.

So comfortable
These shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. I feel confident going from strength training to running. I would say they do run a little on the smaller side, if you are normally between sizes then definitely size up!
