These shoe (and every predecessor that was folded under the Outworks) have been my go to training shoe in the gym as well as my comfort shoe on the floor while working at the hospital. The relatively flat sole is great for stabilizing during heavier lifts and demonstrating proper technique with patients. My only gripe is that the opening to the shoe (where the ankle sits) has been a little larger on the last two versions of the shoe that I bought. The last pair of OG Outworks (the Trainers?) fit like a glove and these have a little play which I have had to compensate by aggressively tying the shoelaces tighter. Overall one of the best non-oly lifters on the market.

Due to limited stock, I went for the men's shoes instead of women's, but I just sized up and it works perfectly. I have wider feet at a typical size 9/10 in women. I went with a size 10 in men's and there's a bit of extra toe room, but they fit really well, overall.

I recently started doing CrossFit regularly, but didn't have any shoe options other than Converse, so I researched and found NoBull (plus a few others at the box wear these)!
