Took one training session to break them in. After that, good to go. They were not too stiff to start, just a little stiff. Otherwise, feels great on my feet. Doesnt matter if I am doing Hack Squats or standing shoulder presses, I feel locked in to the floor, better than in running shoes. Highly recommend these!!!
