1.     DESCRIPTION: The 2026 Discover NHL Winter Classic^® NOBULL Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 12, 2025 and ends at 11:59PM ET on December 21, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. Each entrant participating in the Sweepstakes unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of NOBULL, LLC located at 135 Morrissey Boulevard, Boston, MA 02125 (the “Sponsor”), including the Sponsor’s interpretation of these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

As used in these Official Rules, the term “NHL Entities” means the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., and NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC. The term “NHL Winter Classic” refers to the annual outdoor regular-season NHL game currently scheduled to take place at loanDepot Park in Miami, Florida on January 2, 2026. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the NHL Entities.

2.     ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who, as of the date of entry, are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes (each such person, “you” or “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor and the NHL Entities and of each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and their immediate and extended family members (including, but not limited to, spouses, domestic partners, parents, siblings, and children), and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the Prize (as defined below). Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner.

 

3.     HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the online entry landing page available at the link provided by Sponsor (the “Entry Page”) and completing the entry form. The Entry Page link will be made available through Sponsor’s promotional communications during the Promotion Period, including (i) a dedicated promotional email distributed by Sponsor, and (ii) Instagram Stories posted to Sponsor’s Instagram account (@NOBULL) promoting the Sweepstakes. Entrants will be prompted to provide their full name, a valid email address, and a valid phone number in order to submit a valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

 

4.     RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 22, 2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

 

5.     WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify the potential Prize winner via the email address provided on the entry form on or about December 22, 2025, at approximately 12:00pm ET. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and provide all information requested by Sponsor, which may include, without limitation, a valid U.S. shipping address for prize fulfillment. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) promptly upon request and in any event no later than the deadline specified by Sponsor in the notification. Winner’s guest may also be required to sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release.

 

If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return any Prize Claim Documents by the deadline specified in the prize notification, or if the Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, declined for any reason, or if a winner otherwise fails to comply with any specified time period, such winner may be disqualified without further notice, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received.

 

6.     PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) prize package (the “Prize”) will be awarded, consisting of:

 

·       Two (2) tickets to the NHL Winter Classic at loanDepot Park in Miami, Florida on January 2, 2026 (ARV: $330 each; total ARV: $660);

·       Round-trip airfare for two (2) adults to Miami, Florida (ARV: up to $1,000 per person; total ARV: $2,000);

·       Two (2) nights of hotel accommodations in or near the Miami, Florida area (ARV: $369 per night; total ARV: $738);

·      Two (2) NOBULL Hoodies (ARV: $62 each; total ARV: $124);

·      Two (2) NOBULL Joggers (ARV: $58 each; total ARV: $116);

·      Two (2) Pairs of NOBULL Shoes (ARV: $149 each; total ARV: $298); and

·      Two (2) NOBULL Backpacks (ARV: $119 each; total ARV: $238).

 

The total ARV of the Prize is approximately $4,174. The actual value may vary based on the selected items, and any difference between the stated and actual value will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.

 

The specific size, colorway, and style of the applicable Prize elements will be selected by the winner from among the options made available by Sponsor, subject to Sponsor’s approval and product availability at the time of selection. Sponsor reserves the right to limit available options in its sole discretion. If any selected Prize element is unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.

 

The NHL Winter Classic is currently scheduled to take place at loanDepot Park in Miami, Florida on January 2, 2026. Sponsor will arrange and book round-trip, economy-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest between a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence and a major airport in the Miami, Florida area. The winner may express their preference for travel dates, times, routing, and carrier selection, but final booking decisions will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability, airline schedules, and other reasonable considerations. Sponsor will take into consideration (but not be bound by) the winner’s preferences when making bookings.

 

The winner and their guest must travel on the same flights and itinerary. Flights and accommodations are subject to availability when booking and cannot be rerouted or exchanged for cash or any other destination. If the winner is unable to travel on the dates or times designated by Sponsor, the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and/or awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All flights and hotel accommodations are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel and lodging providers.

 

Sponsor will provide hotel accommodations for the winner and guest for two (2) consecutive nights in or around Miami, Florida. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to place the winner within its designated room block; however, the specific hotel, room type, and reservation details will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, subject to availability at the time of booking.

 

The tickets to the NHL Winter Classic awarded as part of the Prize are subject to all terms, conditions, and policies imposed by the NHL, the applicable ticket issuer, and the event venue. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged, and no refund or compensation will be provided if the winner or guest is unable to attend for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible if any portion of the NHL Winter Classic is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, in which case admission to the event may be forfeited without substitution, except as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including without limitation any conduct policies, security requirements, and health and safety protocols in effect at the time of the event. Sponsor will not be liable for any attendee who is denied entry to or removed from the venue for failure to comply with such requirements.

 

The winner and guest are responsible for all incidental charges and expenses not expressly included as part of the Prize or otherwise stated in these Official Rules; all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner (and their guest), including but not limited to valid government-issued identification (including but not limited to a REAL ID-compliant document), meals, ground transportation, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, service charges, travel insurance, and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges. For clarity, winner is also solely responsible for all costs associated with attending the NHL Winter Classic, including ground transportation, parking, meals, and any incidental expenses. Sponsor shall have no obligation to arrange or reimburse any such costs.

 

Winner and guest acknowledge that air travel, lodging, and event attendance are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable providers and venue, and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from any liability arising from the acts or omissions of such providers, delays, schedule changes, overbooking, strike, inclement weather, or other force majeure events.

 

The Prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with Prize acceptance and use. If required by law, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the prize and must provide Sponsor with any necessary tax documentation, including a valid Social Security number. Failure to provide required tax forms or comply with applicable laws may result in forfeiture of the Prize, at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

7.     GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to modify these Official Rules or cancel, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. In such a circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value may be awarded, and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, with no additional compensation provided. Resale of Prize is prohibited. In no event will more than the stated Prize be awarded.

 

If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if Sponsor suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple or different Instagram accounts, usernames, email addresses, registrations, identities, or any other method, Sponsor will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means that subvert or interfere with the entry process are void. Void entries will not be acknowledged or returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, invalid or unintelligible entries, which will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services or the creation of fraudulent Instagram accounts and/or identities) will void all entries by that Entrant. Normal internet access and data charges imposed by your internet/wireless phone service provider may apply. See your internet/wireless provider for pricing plan details. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process, administration, or operation of the Sweepstakes; (y) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (z) engaging in unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or harassing behavior intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

 

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the Entrant. The “authorized account holder of the email address” is the natural person assigned the applicable email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized email address holder associated with the entry.

 

The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. In exchange for the right to participate in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and the winner agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including, but not limited to, damages caused or claimed to be caused, losses, injuries, claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. Entrants further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters.

 

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prize winner. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY DIGITAL PLATFORM, WEBSITE, OR ONLINE SERVICE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed Instagram notifications, direct messages, email transmissions, or other communications, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to hardware, software, or phone-related issues, or any injury or damage to a person's computer, phone or device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. Lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes are not the responsibility of the Released Parties. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable messages or emails, including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email.

 

All Entrants understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state, territory, or country that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. All participating Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that:

“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”

 

The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received prior to termination. Any damage caused to Sponsor’s digital platforms, including but not limited to Instagram or the Website, by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the Entrant and/or the authorized Instagram account holder of the Instagram account submitted at the time of Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

 

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc (“Meta”) or Instagram. By entering, each Entrant fully and unconditionally releases and discharges Meta and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes.

 

8.     PUBLICITY: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and NHL and their agencies to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a Winners List (as defined below), unless prohibited by law. The winner may be tagged by Sponsor and NHL in social media posts announcing the winner and may be featured in Sponsor’s and NHL’s and their respective affiliates’ Instagram stories, posts, and other promotional materials.

 

9.     DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively before a court having jurisdiction located in New Castle County, Delaware. In any such dispute, under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., evidenced costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

 

10.  PRIVACY: Any personal information that an Entrant provides in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used by Sponsor to administer this Sweepstakes, contact Entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in Sponsor’s privacy policy and NHL’s privacy policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at https://www.nobullproject.com/pages/privacy-policy) and NHL’s privacy policy (available at https://www.nhl.com/info/privacy-policy). If an Entrant opts in, Sponsor may provide such Entrant with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor.

 

11.  WINNERS LIST: As used in these Official Rules, the “Winners List” means the official record of the confirmed winners of the Sweepstakes. To receive a Winners List by email, send an email to [email protected] with “The 2026 Discover NHL Winter Classic NOBULL Giveaway” in the subject line. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Winners List will be sent upon request after the Prize has been awarded.

 

12.  AMENDMENT: These Official Rules may be amended at any time by the Sponsor. Any such amendment shall be notified by the Sponsor on its website.
