NOBULL Loyalty Program Terms
Who Can Join?
The NOBULL Loyalty program is available to all customers of NOBULL within the Unites States only. NOBULL Loyalty is intended for personal use only. Customers engaging in freight forwarding or reselling activities are not eligible to earn or redeem loyalty benefits, including points, tiers, or rewards. Accounts flagged for such activity may be reviewed and have loyalty privileges revoked without notice.
How It Works
To become a member, register at NOBULL account registration. Only one account is allowed per person/email.
Earning Points
Earn 1 point per dollar spent as a Foundation member and 2 points per dollar as a Momentum member (once $250 spent in 12 months).
Points can also be earned for writing reviews, referring friends, and engaging with social platforms. Points can be redeemed 30 days post-purchase.
Redeeming Points
Redeem a $5 voucher with every 100 points you have accrued in your account. The minimum number of points you can redeem as a voucher is 100 and the maximum is 1000. Vouchers can be redeemed in increments of $5. Points can be redeemed 30 days post-purchase.
E.g. If you have 800 points, you can redeem all for $40 or choose to only redeem 100 for $5 and keep a balance of 700 points
Once points have been redeemed for a voucher, you will have 12 months to use the voucher. Vouchers from the loyalty program can be applied at checkout. Loyalty vouchers can be combined with other promotions and sale products. Loyalty vouchers are excluded from being used on gift cards.
Points do not expire. Points redeemed as vouchers expire after 12 months.

Foundation: Free shipping on orders over $99 (contiguous U.S.)

Momentum: Free shipping on all orders (contiguous U.S.)
Tier Status
Your status is based on the amount you spend with NOBULL within a rolling 12 months:
Foundation: Join for Free
Momentum: Spend $250 or more in a rolling 12 months
Retain your tier through the current calendar year and the next.
Refunds
Points will be deducted for refunded items, and tier status may be adjusted if necessary.
Cancellation
To cancel your account, you can visit our “How to Delete My Account” page here. Canceling removes all points and benefits. These cannot be reinstated if you rejoin.
Program Changes
NOBULL may modify or terminate the program at any time. Continuing in the program signifies acceptance of changes.
Membership Revocation
NOBULL reserves the right to revoke memberships for:

Abuse or manipulation of the program

Creating multiple accounts

Inactivity for over 12 months

Reselling points or violating terms

Freight Forwarding & Reselling activity
Revocation results in forfeiture of points and cancellation of rewards.
Privacy & Liability
By joining, members agree to NOBULL’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, including arbitration for disputes. NOBULL is not liable for damages related to program changes or termination.
Freight Forwarding & Reselling Activity
NOBULL Loyalty is designed exclusively for individual customers purchasing products for personal use. Accounts associated with freight forwarding, bulk purchasing, or reselling are ineligible to earn points, access tier benefits, or participate in the program. NOBULL reserves the right to review and revoke membership, forfeit points, or adjust rewards for accounts flagged for such activity. This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of the NOBULL Loyalty program.
