I know some folks have talked about these shoes not being firm enough for heavy lifting. I would partially agree as I stay with my No Bull trainers for leg day. They’re simply too hard to beat for a good leg workout! For all other days and purposes, these shoes are awesome. They are supportive, but have comfortable cushion. I have had no issues with them on my other lift days. One caveat, I’m not a power lifter, but I do lift moderately heavy. For cardio, they work awesome there too. The upper gives you enough room for your feet to flex, but also keep your foot securely over the soles. These might be my most favorite No Bulls yet (still love my trainers too)!
